Weapons Trainer - £36,277 | Permanent | Onsite - Lyneham, Wiltshire
Join a leading global Defence organisation as a Weapons Trainer, delivering first-class training to the next generation of armourers.
What you'll do:
Deliver and develop engaging weapons training courses
Modernise training material in partnership with digital learning teams
Support apprentices with coaching, assessment, and progression
Maintain and inspect light/heavy weapons and associated optics
Commit to continuous professional development, including gaining L4 Certificate in Education & Training (fully supported)
What we're looking for:
Must be a Class 1 Armourer
Passion for training and developing others
Strong technical knowledge of weapons systems
Commitment to high standards in safety and compliance
