Non Executive Board Members

Hi

My name is Shawn and I am planning on starting a holding company in London. The plan is to form a private family conglomerate that can be passed down to future generations. I do have one start-up company registered but would need to register the holding company soon.

I am looking for a Non Executive Board Members who would be interested in building with me. You do not need experience as I do not have Chairman experience myself however If you do have board experience that would be ideal. We can discuss paying for lunch but please bare in mind that I do not have a business income yet so it is completely independent at the moment. .

Will become paid for your time as soon as income comes in from the start-up company. Board meetings can take place in person somewhere in London, which I will find and take place at least three times a year,

The ideal person should be close to west London but would consider other areas within reason. I require someone who is extremely motivated and willing to learn, a true natural leader who thrives on organising and driving the business forward.
