Posted a request at 7 am. Had a reply by 7.30. A contractor contacted me by 8. He visited our premises 3 hrs later and we discussed what was required. Decided who was responsible for what agreed a price. Job done Could not have been simpler or less stressful. As long as the contractor lives up to expectations then I am one very satisfied person.

Devon and his team did a few cleans for us before we cancelled their contract due to a few issues: Kept turning up late to the office when the staff had arrived. The cleaning was not sufficient. Inflexible - only cleaned what they wanted to clean and not what was asked for. Received rude, arrogant and unprofessional replies from Devon. Office keys not returned - despite asking multiple times, I will now have to contact the police and report them as stolen by this company. I would not recommend.
