Rear Derailleur: Shimano XTR or Deore XT. Front Derailleur: Shimano Deore LX. Shifters: Shimano Deore Rapid Fire SL. Crankset: TruVativ Firex (or Five D) 22/32/44 teeth with TruVativ ISIS bottom bracket. Cassette: Shimano 9-speed, 11 - 34 teeth. Brakeset: Avid Hydraulic Disc Brakes (BB5/BB7 or Speed Dial Mag levers). Rims: Mavic XM 117 or Crossmax 26" disc-specific rims. Tires: Hutchinson Python / Scorpion 26 x 2.00". Cockpit: Cannondale Earth riser handlebars paired with a Cannondale HeadShok SI integrated 1.5-inch stem. Needs abit of tlc but Rides fine.
