Powers on weakly and does not move. Can still be pushed when in neutral. The display, front, and rear lights illuminate weakly and the horn sounds somewhat quietly. Suspected battery fault. The chassis has some general signs of storage but is in good condition. The seat is in fair condition. No charger included. Comes with rain cover.
