All Care light weight wheel chair, can be pushed or self propelled. Has foot rests and hand operated wheel brakes on each wheel, this item has had little use as my wife and I are unable or fit enough to push it. Fitted with solid tyres, clean and in good to fair condition. No delivery. Buyer to pay on collection
