Description
This is a pedestrian controlled wheel chair which benefits from the addition of a battery powered auxilliary drive mechanism. The drive system can be raised or lowered onto the pavement surface when required.
The drive assistance can take all the strain out of pushing a wheelchair with someone seated in it, and is very controllable.
All the controls for the drive assistance (On, Off, forward,reverse, speed up,speed down,) are operated by the pedestrian in charge of the wheelchair, and are out of reach of the occupant.
The chair and drive are in excellent condition, having been rarely used .It was purchsed by my brother in 2015, and used very infrequently till 2019, when he became hospitalised.
The chair has been in storage since then.
I have replace the battery pack with a brand new TGA battery ( £90), and it comes with a TGA charging lead and cotroller.
