Once you purchase a stairlift on our website or over the phone we’ll call you to discuss a delivery and fitting day to suit your needs, and then a team of 2 will bring your refurbished stairlift from our warehouse in Leicestershire to your door



The team will then spend an hour or 2 fitting the stairlift into your home and then demonstrate how the stairlift operates and ensure you have everything you need for future use of your stairlift and it’s really as simple as that!



All our stairlifts come with a 12 months warranty as standard including call outs, we also provide new batteries with every stairlift which comes included with the wall charger.
