🌿 LAND WANTED – OFF-GRID SMALLHOLDING PROJECT 🌿

Hi everyone 👋

My name’s Ian, and I’m looking for 2–10 acres of land anywhere in the UK — ideally pasture, woodland, or mixed-use land.
My goal is to live simply and sustainably:
🌞 Off-grid setup (solar, rainwater collection, composting)
🐐 A few animals (goats, chickens, bees)
🌱 Grow fruit and vegetables, plant trees, and nurture the land to improve soil health and biodiversity.
I’m not a developer — just someone who values peace, nature, and a slower, more self-sufficient way of living. My intention is to care for the land, not exploit it, maintaining it in a responsible and regenerative way.
I’m open to buying, leasing, or exploring any arrangement you may propose, including joint use, long-term stewardship, or caretaking agreements.
