An excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).

Salary: Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.

Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14.

About The Role:

Due to their fast-growing business, the company have a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-change set-ups, tight tolerances and a full component production from start to finish.

This opportunity would suit someone who wants to work for a leading precision engineering business that specialises in the manufacture of small to medium sized, complex components.

Main Responsibilities:

Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision Program and set multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately Consistently produce high-quality components to exact specifications Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential) Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality

Strong communicator – both verbal and written Industrious and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop new skills Takes ownership of work with a high level of accountability Professional, polite, and well-mannered

Schedule:

Monday to Thurs, 7.30am – 4.30pm (30mins for lunch)
Friday 7.30am – 1.30pm
