Bought on a road trip in the USA by my husband and only worn twice indoors and once outdoors, these boots are in excellent, almost new, condition. He has had a number of Keen boots over the years and normally wears a size 10 UK but these are just a slightly too big and they feel more like a 10.5 UK.

Technical stuff
The Targhee IV are Keen's most durable Targhee walking boots yet - featuring a hard-wearing, water-repellent upper that is tough and durable; a high collar ensuring good stability in rough terrain, a protective toe cap and toes still have plenty of room in the boots to move freely. Multi-directional lugs on the outsole guarantee a good grip and the soft midsole provides good cushioning. Highly recommended boot.

Waterproof Leather Upper - developed to provide durability and breathability, the Targhee IV has been constructed using a waterproof Nubuck leather and performance mesh upper. The leather materials protect feet from debris and sharp objects, minimising the risk of wear and tear. The boots have a mid-cut design that provides ankle stability over uneven ground. Keen.Dry technology is incorporated into the upper to provide resistance against sweat and moisture, to ensure feet remain comfortable and cosy, even during the more intense hiking adventures. The breathable membrane wicks away the sweat and moisture so you can focus on your performance without discomfort or distraction. The waterproof nature of Keen.Dry keeps you protected when the weather takes a turn for the worst. Designed with Fit-Iconic KEEN Fit, the boots deliver a comfortable feel across the forefoot allowing your toes to spread out comfortably, enabling easy footing as you explore. The boots feature a padded tongue and collar enhancing comfort for all-day wear. Completing the upper is a lacing system made with 100% recycled laces, which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage.
