Complete TERRA Food-Tech CFS-110V vertical retort autoclave by Raypa, bought new in November 2021 and used only for product development. In as-new condition.

Purpose-built for cooking, pasteurising and sterilising packaged food — jars, cans, pouches and trays — with counter-pressure and rapid water-shower cooling.

The crane is fitted with the electric hoist, so loaded baskets are raised and lowered at the touch of a button rather than by hand — worth having with a 115L chamber.
Sample cycle printouts available on request: the machine records chamber temperature, core temperature and pressure minute by minute for every batch, which supports HACCP documentation.

Raypa equipment is supported in the UK by an official service and distribution partner, so parts and servicing are available here.
