Description
Production Operative – Blandford Area
Pay: £12.60 per hour (up to £18.90 per hour for overtime)
Hours: Monday to Thursday – No weekend work!
Are you looking to kickstart a career as a Trainee Production Operative, or do you already have manufacturing experience? We have exciting opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our client’s team. Start immediately after a successful interview!
Due to the location of the company, own transport is essential.
What you’ll be doing:
Loading and unloading machines, following job sheets to complete tasks accurately
Carrying out a variety of tasks across the production process – full training provided
Conducting visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
What we’re looking for:
A strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment
Experience in operating machinery or manufacturing (ideal but not essential)
Ability xjnqpsq to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
Strong proficiency in English and mathematics
