Production Operative 3 nights per week

Description

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client, a well-established food manufacturing business specialising in bakery production.

This is a night shift role, ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This will be a temporary to permanent position.

This position will start on Sunday 2 November 2025, to complete online training and induction, Then the shifts will be Monday to Wednesday 9pm -6am

Duties will include:

* Reading and following recipes and written instructions

* Working in a fast paced production environment

* Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately

* Working as part of a team to meet production targets

* Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and workplace cleanliness

* Manual handling, including heavy lifting of ingredients and equipment

Candidate requirements:

* Basic English and Maths skills (essential for reading instructions and weighing ingredients)

* Comfortable with physical work and manual handling

* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

* Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

* Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is desirable but not essential

Shifts:

* Monday to Wednesday 9pm-6am
