A position is immediately available to support and assist a professional, specialist recruitment team within a busy, friendly office. With an excellent telephone manner and keyboard skills, you will be a flexible and personable Administrator for this important, varied, interesting and very challenging position.

You will undertake varied responsibilities including:-

* Digital Marketing – Experience of Linkedin and Canva advantageous

* Enhancing recruitment software database

* Completing proposals, updating CV’s and Client specifications

* Answering and directing incoming calls

* Arranging interviews, taking client/candidate calls

In order to be considered for this immediate opportunity you will ideally be of graduate calibre, ideally from a fast-paced sales environment, have a good sense of humour and the ability to handle additional responsibilities or new challenges on a day to day basis. This role is integral to our operation; therefore you must demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills with excellent written English grammar and spelling.

Ideally candidates will additionally possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel and have an excellent eye for detail.

We are a well-established business with a reputation for providing technical recruitment services. Located in Shifnal which is great for rail or motorway networks from Telford, Newport, Wolverhampton, Stafford and surrounding areas. Free car parking is also available.
