Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess deep mechanical knowledge, a proven track record of vehicle diagnostics, and their own complete set of professional hand and power tools. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of customer vehicles with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults accurately. Perform routine maintenance, scheduled servicing, and brake/suspension repairs. Repair or replace faulty engines, transmissions, steering, and fuel systems. Utilise advanced diagnostic scanners and workshop equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe individual workspace.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a professional auto mechanic. Must own a comprehensive set of mechanical tools (hand tools, air tools, and diagnostic gear). Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods. Valid driver’s licence for performing test drives. Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, IMI, or ASE) are highly preferred but experience is valued.
