Offering – Labels, Growers Sundries and Tree Care Products for growers, landscapers and garden centres, sold via selected wholesalers. The company was founded in in 1967, initially producing plastic children’s toys. In 1983, the business shifted its focus towards the designing and manufacturing of horticultural accessories.
Tyne Moulds prides itself on offering ranges of products in different colours, styles and sizes giving growers the choice to have “families of products within their range”. Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne the business is always looking at ways to improve existing products while actively creating new ones. We are proud to use 90% recycled consumer plastics in the making of ALL our products even granulating waste materials to recycle and use again. Continuing our mindfulness of the environment in early 2019 we went live with solar panels on our factory roof generating over 150 kilowatts of power! Job description
Traditional Toolmaker specializing in injection moulding
Duties to include:
Required to work in in-house tool room
Producing moulds
Tool maintenance
Managing own time
Working within a small team
Managing own work load while being flexible
About us:
Long standing family run business

8am till 4.30pm Monday-Friday
Two weeks paid shut down holiday at Christmas
Central location to Newcastle
