This is an excellent high end example of a Mark 3 MX5 with 8 months MOT and a recent service, including rear discs and pads, oil change plus new air and oil filters. The screen passed its MOT, but I had it replaced anyway on insurance because it had a number of chips and scratches on it. I also had the air con serviced. The alloys have all been professionally refurbished in Marsh Barton, Exeter.
The paintwork , when I bought the car, was shabby on the retractable hood, wing mirrors and front end, so they have all been repainted to the original spec. I run it on Premium unleaded and the overall mileage is well below average for a car of this age. The Mark 3 is a classic and I take it to shows with other MX5 enthusiasts who are now envious of my £1100+ Pioneer touch screen/DAB /Sat Nav and reversing camera! Professionally fitted by Incartec, Exeter. Interior wise it’s black leather with a 6 speed gearbox that shifts from 0-60 in a little over 6.9 seconds. It is a dream drive if you want to get into a medium priced Roadster with Mazda’s reputation for engine reliability and fun driving with the top down. I’m happy to take calls on this but know it will sell quickly as the summer is great and once you buy one you will be hooked on it! This is my fourth MX and I enjoy meeting other owners in the SW MX 5 owners’ Club who are amateurs and enthusiasts, with a wide age range and gender mix.
Treat yourself to one of the few remaining manual roadsters still in production.
