Linda has been brilliant tutoring our son. She is calm, attentive, patient and fun. She also has an encyclopedia knowledge of just about anything and this, coupled with her high quality, self produced resources meant that she could teach our boy about any topic.
Her style is to explain not just the 'how to' but also the 'why'. This gave our child a deeper understanding of the subjects that I didn't think was possible.
The results speak for themselves. Highly recommended!

Linda is the best teacher I could have, I had many tutors before her and I never understood any of them, that's why I always got low grades in primary, but dincd I got to secondary school, my maths skyrocketed, and only got better as the years go on, I'm in year 9, going into year 10 and my science improved so much, and I am able to be more motivated than I was before, not just with quizzes, but with many of the things I kept delaying, she really is a great teacher! #ChooseLinda!

Linda has been tutoring both of my sons, supporting them with A-level and 11+ preparation, and we have been extremely happy with her teaching.
For my older son, who is studying A-level Mathematics and Further Mathematics, Linda has helped him develop a strong understanding of the fundamental principles behind the subjects, rather than simply learning how to solve individual problems. He has made significant progress as a result of her lessons.
We have also been working with Linda for over a year to support my younger son with his 11+ preparation. During this time, he has significantly improved his knowledge and skills in both English and Maths.
What I particularly appreciate is Linda’s ability to take an individual approach with each child. She understands their different needs, closely follows their progress, supports them with homework, and ensures that they build confidence as well as knowledge.
I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for an excellent tutor for the 11+, GCSEs, A-levels, or Mathematics and English more generally.
