Job Title: Social Media Executive
Are you a creative, video-first Social Media Executive looking to make your mark in a business where your content truly matters?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media Executive to join a purpose-led organisation, Based in the Doncaster area with hybrid working (one day WFH), this role offers the chance to take ownership of multi-channel content and help shape the brand’s online voice.
The Role:
As Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to create high-impact social campaigns and short-form videos that reflect the brand's values and customer stories.
This is a hands-on creative role ideal for someone who’s confident both behind and in front of the camera, with a strong understanding of platform trends and storytelling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage daily social media content across multiple platforms.
* Produce short-form videos, reels, carousels, live content and behind-the-scenes footage.
* Identify new trends, formats and opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate on integrated campaigns and seasonal promotions.
* Visit customer sites occasionally to capture testimonials and real-life content.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar digital content role.
* Skilled in video creation and editing using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
* Strong visual eye and a passion for content that connects.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Comfortable being on-site and engaging with customers when needed.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car – essential for travel to customer locations.
