Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Lead

Location: Padiham, Lancashire

Salary: £40,000k

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)- Flexible working between the hours of 7:30am- 5:30pm to suit the needs of the successful candidate

Reporting to: Head of Commercial

What You’ll Do

You’ll take full ownership of marketing activity, from top-level strategy through to hands-on delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the marketing strategy by designing and delivering campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads and keep customers engaged

Using CRM tools effectively to create and automate email journeys, segment audiences and run high-performing campaigns using Dynamics 365

Creating content that gets noticed including blogs, LinkedIn posts, customer success stories and digital guides

Delivering multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email and more, ensuring everything is aligned to business goals

Optimising our digital presence by managing the website, improving analytics and driving conversion

Working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets and turn interest into action

Tracking performance through clear KPIs and continually refining campaigns for better results

What We’re Looking For

You may have experience in B2B, SaaS or a tech-enabled service business, or you may simply have a talent for reaching busy decision-makers. Either way, we’re looking for someone who is:

A confident communicator with strong copy writing and storytelling skills

Experienced in email marketing and CRM tools (Dynamics 365 is a bonus)

Skilled in managing multi-channel campaigns, SEO, PPC and social media (especially LinkedIn)

Strategic but hands-on, able to plan, execute and optimise your own work

Curious, creative and full of ideas

Passionate about sustainability, innovation and making a difference

Ambitious and ready to grow with a business that’s scaling quickly
