Job Title: Digital Sales Manager

Location: Outskirts of Chichester / Hybrid Working Available

Hours: Full-time or flexible working hours to suit the right candidate

Salary: Circa £40k d.o.e. and pro rata’d for more flexible hours

Overview of the Digital Sales Manager:

Solid Recruitment is excited to be working with a growing business that has built a strong foundation and is now ready to scale up. We are seeking a Digital Sales Manager who can tap into new markets, challenge existing ideas, and help drive the business forward.

About the Role:

You will play a key part in building and expanding sales through online marketplaces and direct channels, using both traditional and forward-thinking tools — with a sharp focus on new technologies and AI.

Your role will include:

* Developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue and brand presence.

* Utilising marketing tools such as social media, email campaigns, branding, sponsorships, and partnerships to build visibility.

* Identifying and creating new routes to market, product opportunities, and strategic collaborations.

* Producing sales forecasts, analysing performance, and ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

This role is target-driven and will challenge you to think outside the box, innovate, and make a real impact on business growth.

Key Skills & Experience for the Digital Sales Manager:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong understanding of online marketplace trading.

* Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Docs, Photoshop, Canva, Shopify, Google Analytics, Ads, Merchant Centre, and Meta Business Suite.

* Experience with AI tools to enhance sales and marketing efforts.

* Ability to build business cases, budgets, and forecasts.

* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

* Strategic thinker with the drive to deliver long-term goals while managing short-term priorities.
