Description
Are you a digital dynamo with a sharp eye for design and a knack for optimisation? A fast-growing brand is on the hunt for a proactive Digital Optimisation Manager to elevate their online presence and drive conversion.
You’ll take the reins on website management, UX, and CRO - crafting seamless digital journeys that not only look great but perform brilliantly. From building pages in HubSpot or WordPress to analysing user behaviour and SEO metrics, you’ll be the go-to for all things web.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the planning, development, and continuous improvement of the company website
Collaborate with content and design teams to deliver engaging, on-brand experiences
Optimise digital journeys using SEO, CRO, and UX best practices
Monitor performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
Ensure compliance with GDPR and industry regulations
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience managing websites (HubSpot or WordPress preferred)
Strong HTML/CSS skills and familiarity with JavaScript
Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, and UX principles
Experience with Figma, analytics platforms, and project management
Bonus points for graphic design skills and accessibility know-how
