Our client, a reputable company supplied by Approach Personnel, is seeking a dedicated Contract Meat Factory Picker and Packer to join their team in East Grinstead RH19.

The role involves efficiently packing sausage and burger, selecting meat products from an inventory, ensuring accuracy in picking orders, and packing them to meet company standards. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety protocols within a fast-paced meat processing environment. The successful candidate will work as part of a team, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all products are handled carefully to preserve quality. Previous experience in a meat factory or food processing environment is desirable but not essential

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks
