* Resolving e-commerce account issues and supporting online promotions

* Overseeing website integrations with ERP and CRM systems

* Testing system upgrades and ensuring smooth functionality

* Organising and maintaining digital marketing assets

* Producing internal performance reports

* Providing broader marketing team support across various projects
