Data Verification Assistant

A client of ours is recruiting a Data Verification Assistant to join their Data & Business Operations team. This is a full-time temporary position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, paying £18.00 per hour. The role is offered on a 12-week contract with the opportunity to progress into a permanent role.

Your key duties in this Data Verification Assistant role will include but are not limited to:

Inputting, organising and maintaining large sets of B2B data.

Verifying business information via outbound calls to business owners.

Cross-checking information using internal systems and search tools.

Identifying and resolving errors, inconsistencies, or duplicates.

Ensuring data integrity and supporting the wider operations team.Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:

Previous experience in data entry, administration, or customer service (preferred but not essential).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident communication skills for outbound verification calls.

Comfortable working with databases and repetitive data tasks.
