Role: Creative Designer

Location: Kent/Nottingham/Shrewsbury – Hybrid (travel as and when required)

Salary/package: £27,000 per annum

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

Why this role matters

As a Creative Designer, you will be the driving force behind bringing our brands to life through striking, on-brand visual content. You will deliver creative assets across digital and print channels that engage our customers and support marketing campaigns, events, and product launches. Your creative flair and attention to detail will ensure consistency and impact across all marketing touchpoints, playing a crucial role in strengthening our brand presence and driving commercial success.

What you’ll be doing

Designing engaging digital and print assets including web banners, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertising.

Creating exhibition and event materials such as signage, displays, and supporting collateral.

Contributing to video and multimedia projects through editing, storyboarding, and visual treatments.

Collaborating with marketing, product, and commercial teams to transform briefs into creative, effective design solutions.

Ensuring brand consistency and acting as a brand guardian across all outputs.

Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Using Adobe Creative Cloud tools daily, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and contributing fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.

Supporting the production and formatting of newsletters and other marketing communications.

Assisting with wider marketing projects and internal events as required.

What we’re looking for

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

Proven experience or formal training in graphic or multimedia design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Ability to take creative direction and translate concepts into compelling visual content.

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Solid understanding of layout, typography, and brand communication.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively.

Experience with video editing software (desirable).

Degree in Graphic Design or related subject (desirable).
