Location: York

Salary: Competitive (plus lots of overtime if desired)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am 4pm

Holiday: 29 days (including bank holidays)

About the Role:

As a Working Works Supervisor, you ll:

Lead and support a small team of assembly operativesWork hands–on with the team assembling the companies range of machines.Plumbing and wiring the machines with basis hydraulics and electrical circuitsAssign daily tasks based on job schedulesTroubleshoot issues and escalate problems to management when neededEnsure quality standards and deadlines are met What We're Looking For:

A solid background in mechanical engineeringBasic knowledge of electrical systems is desirableStrong problem–solving skills and a "can–do" attitudeExperience in a hands–on supervisory or team lead role is a plusA passion for machinery and engineering This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well–established company.
