A well–established business based in Loughborough, offering a permanent role within a skilled fabrication team across both day and night shifts.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder Fabricator Nights to join either the day shift or night–shift team. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, performing MIG welding and fabricating structural components. This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly rate and a strong benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsPerform MIG welding and fabricate structural componentsUtilise hand tools and machinery to cut, bend and assemble metal componentsPerform quality control checksAdhere to safety protocols and proceduresCollaborate with colleagues to plan and execute fabrication projectsOperate welding equipment and machinery to fabricate componentsContribute to a culture of safety, diversity and inclusionMaintain a clean and organised workspace

About You

Apprentice trained or proven experience as a Fabricator WelderProficient in reading and interpreting blueprintsAble to operate a variety of hand tools and welding equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high–quality workValid certification in welding techniques is an advantage
