Description
Warehouse Operator - Late Shift
Location: Waterlooville
Pay: £14.00 per hour (£17.16 with shift allowance)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm (40 paid hours)
Pay Review: After 3 months, pay increases to £14 per hour + shift allowance
Training: First two weeks you will be working the early shift, 6:00am - 3:00pm. Once trained you will move to the late shift.
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operator to join their late shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a valid forklift license and previous experience in a fast-paced production or packaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate counterbalance forklift to locate and move stock within high bay racking
Pick components and raw materials for production
Wrap pallets and transport goods between factory units
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support efficient operations
Requirements:
Valid counterbalance forklift license (essential)
Reach truck experience (preferred)
Previous experience in warehouse or production environments, ideally within food, cosmetics, or similar sectors
Strong communication and teamwork skills
