Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: NW London

Salary: £30k-£35k

Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday mornings at higher rate)

The Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy warehouse.

You’ll be hands-on with goods-in and goods-out, container movements, and forklift operations, as well as liaising with clients and colleagues to deliver an excellent service.

This is a varied role that combines warehouse duties with customer interaction and administration, so you’ll never have two days the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing warehouse client bookings and container requests

* Liaising with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face

* Carrying out forklift and warehouse operations

* Using internal software to process bookings (training provided)

* Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in smooth daily operations

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

* Ensuring accurate records and paperwork are completed on time

What We’re Looking For

* Full, clean driving licence

* Forklift licence (counterbalance)

* Positive attitude, self-motivation, and reliability

* Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Flexibility with working hours

* Physically fit and able to lift loads up to 25kg
