Description
Are you a Warehouse Operative with at least 2 years’ hands-on experience?
We’re supporting a Portslade-based company that’s looking for someone confident in a warehouse environment. If you’ve worked across goods-in and goods-out, handled heavy loads, and know your way around picking and inspecting orders - this could be a great fit.
Warehouse experience is essential, and while a forklift licence or FLT experience would be a bonus, they’re happy to offer in-house training if you’re keen to learn.
It’s a friendly team, and they’re looking for someone reliable, experienced, and ready to hit the ground running.
As a Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Picking, packing, and inspecting goods for dispatch
* Storing goods correctly and safely within the warehouse
* Operating labelling machines
* Loading and unloading lorries
* Driving forklift tuck
* Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting stock takes
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Prior experience in a warehouse setting
* Forklift experience (desirable but not essential)

This is a full time permanent position working in a warehouse based in Portslade, Brighton. xjnqpsq You’ll be working Monday to Thursday between 8:30am-9am start to 5pm-5:30pm finish with a 4:00pm/4:30pm finish on Fridays. The role offers an annual salary of £25,000.
