We’re currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-growing medical company based in Skelmersdale. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable individuals seeking long-term, full-time work in a modern, clean, and brand-new warehouse facility.

About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched. This role offers consistent hours, no last-minute cancellations, and a clear path to permanent employment after 12 weeks for successful candidates.

Shift Pattern (Rotating Two-Week Schedule):

Week 1:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pmSaturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Week 2:

4 days between Monday and Friday (as per company request)1:00pm – 9:30pm

Regular weekly hours guaranteed – no texts or short notice cancellations.

Pay Rate:

£12.27 per hour (standard)

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing customer orders

Labelling and preparing parcels for dispatch

Stock replenishment and general warehouse duties

Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and accuracy

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. All candidates with a solid work history in the past 18 months are encouraged to apply.
