Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Timber Home Assembly Technician to join our clients on-site assembly team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing prefabricated timber components at client sites across the UK. You'll work closely with site managers, carpenters, and the design team to bring beautiful, bespoke timber homes to life.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and install pre-cut and pre-fabricated timber components for residential structures

Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and assembly instructions

Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project timelines and quality standards

Ensure safe use of tools, machinery, and lifting equipment

Conduct quality checks on materials and assemblies

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Travel to various installation sites across the UK (accommodation and allowances provided when required)

Requirements

Previous experience in timber frame construction, carpentry, or modular home assembly

Strong understanding of construction drawings and on-site safety practices

Comfortable using a range of hand and power tools

Ability to work at height and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude

Full UK driving licence (preferred)

CSCS Card (desirable)
