Job Opportunity: Telehandler Driver (External Licence Required)

Location: Tilbury

Start Date: 29th September 2025

Duration: 6 Month Contract

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Telehandler Driver to support site operations and commissioning activities. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe and efficient operation of a standard telehandler (not a 360 slew)

Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment

Lifting and positioning steelwork and other heavy items

Assisting commissioning teams with material movement and logistics

Supporting general site activities as an all-rounder

Daily machine checks and basic maintenance reporting

Manoeuvring in tight spaces and around active work zones

Coordinating with site supervisors and trades to ensure timely lifts

Adhering to site safety protocols and traffic management plans Requirements:

Valid external Telehandler licence

Experience operating telehandlers on busy construction or industrial sites

Good understanding of load charts, lift plans, and safe lifting practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
