Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production lines in a factory site Process and Packaging environment. Their job combines machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and process improvement to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing.Our client, a leader in FMCG Food manufacturing, is on the hunt for Technical Manufacturing Operators to join their world–class production team. Your Role – Technical Production Operator – Dat Shifts

As a Technical Operator / Production Technician, you ll play a key role in ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your main responsibilities include

Maintain, operate, and improve manufacturing processesCarrying out machine changeovers and tooling adjustmentsDriving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and production performanceEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational proceduresContributing to a culture of continuous improvementOperating Machinery that process, convert and make materialsRunning automated or semi–automated machinesAdjusting machine settings to maintain product qualityMonitoring performance to ensure smooth operationDiagnosing and fixing minor mechanical or technical faultsReporting more complex issues to the engineering teamLine Changeovers & SetupEnsuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiencyChecking finished products for defectsEnsuring all processes meet health, safety, and quality standardsRecording data on performance and quality.Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas to improve speed, efficiency, and waste reduction Role Requirements & Skills – Technical Production Operator – Dayshifts

Experience in a fast–paced production or manufacturing environment (Manufacturing, food, packaging automotive, chemicals, or similar)Strong mechanical aptitude hands–on with machines and equipmentA problem–solver who thrives in a dynamic, ever–changing environmentNVQ Level 2 or equivalent in engineering/mechanics is a plusMechanically minded individuals who enjoy hands–on workProblem solvers who can think quickly on their feet What s on Offer Technical Production Operator – Dayshifts
