Technical Assistant Key Responsibilities

Support Technical and Product Managers to ensure customer and product requirements are met

Maintain and update customer and technical team data, including KPIs, packaging specifications, and approved supplier lists

Support new product launches and seasonal changeovers

Conduct visits to growers and service providers to support quality management and compliance

Promote a customer-focused and collaborative approach in all activities

Technical Assistant Key Requirements

Educated in Food Safety, Agriculture, or a related discipline

Understanding of quality and technical standards within the fresh produce or food industry

Proficient in Power BI or similar data analysis tools

Confident communication and presentation skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams
