Job Role: Team Leader

Location: Caerphilly

Shifts: Rotational shift pattern:

Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm

Monday to Friday 2.30pm - 22.00pm

Pay Rate: £13.50 - £27 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Caerphilly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and motivating a production team to meet daily targets and quality standards

Organising workloads and ensuring efficient use of resources across the production line

Monitoring and maintaining health & safety compliance at all times

Supporting team training and development, including mentoring new starters

Conducting daily production meetings and reporting on KPIs

Ensuring all hygiene and food safety procedures are followed to BRC standards

About You:

Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment

Proven leadership skills in a team leader or supervisory role

Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations

Confident communicator with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Flexible, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement
