This is an excellent opportunity for a Tax Manager to take on a key role within the life science industry. The role requires expertise in tax management and will involve handling various tax compliance and advisory responsibilities across the business.

Description

Manage and oversee tax compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategy to optimise organisational benefits.Collaborate with internal teams to address tax–related queries and concerns.Prepare business stream forecasts and contribute to overall Market consolidationPrepare & upload P&L, balance sheet, key figures, and FTE dataComplete monthly Sales and EBIT reviews, ensuring accurate reconciliations to meet tight deadlinesProduce month–end journals and management reports for the business streamMonitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance tax efficiency.Assist with tax forecasting and reporting for financial planning purposes.Profile

A successful Tax Manager should have:

A strong background in tax management within a corporate environment.Experience in the life science or a similar industry is advantageous but not essentialKnowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills.The ability to communicate tax matters effectively to non–specialist stakeholders.A relevant professional qualification in tax or accountancy.Able to act as the Business Partner with the ability to deliver on the day to day tax requirementsJob Offer
