Setting up and operating SMT equipment, including printers, reflow ovens, and pick–and–place machinesPreparing inventory, feeders, and materials for production runsReading build instructions and interpreting engineering drawingsPerforming first–off inspections and supporting AOI fault reviewCalibrating and maintaining machines to ensure optimal performanceHandling components correctly, including ESD precautions and MSL awarenessSupporting continuous line operation and assisting with manual part placement where neededWe are looking for a Surface Mount Operator who:

Has previous experience in an SMT production role (desirable)Understands surface mount machinery and PCB build processesIs confident reading build documentation and technical drawingsHas a hands–on, proactive approach to their workIdeally has an engineering background, preferably in electronicsIs comfortable using Microsoft Word and ExcelIf you're interested in joining TechPoint as their next Surface Mount Operator, APPLY NOW!
