About the role:

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role that supports the smooth operation of dynamic facilities across multiple sites? We are seeking a Senior Facilities Assistant to join a fast–paced and collaborative environment, where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you ll play a crucial part in delivering both hard and soft facilities services, while acting as a key point of contact across departments.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Be the go–to contact for all building, site, and facilities queries

Manage vehicle fleet logistics from MOTs to road tax to safety checks

Coordinate facilities maintenance, contractor visits, and refurbishment projects

Handle uniforms and PPE orders, ensuring teams are equipped and ready

Keep the office running smoothly: managing supplies, meeting rooms, kitchens, and first aid kits

Oversee consumables used in manufacturing and other operational areas

Support with event and lunch coordination

Help champion health and safety best practices across both sites

Key skills and experiences required:

Essential Skills:

Experience in administration and/or facilities support

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills

Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A hands–on, can–do attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team

Great communicator written and verbal

Proactive, professional, and solutions–focused

Previous fleet management experience is advantageous
