They currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join the fast–paced Innovation Team. The purpose of the role is to develop new and innovative products and provide support at all stages of the development process from concept through to product trials.
ROLE
Main Responsibilities
Work alongside relevant functions to support the development of new products Visit and liaise directly with customers to identify and present new concepts Prepare technical documentation and evaluate HACCP requirements for new products Ability to match customer recipes and develop new recipes to customer requirements Maintain a comprehensive database of recipe information and costings Identify emerging food and market trends CANDIDATE

Salary range: 40K– Circa 45K
Hands on, 60% development, 30% paperwork, 10% customer facing.
