Description

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a leading regulated manufacturing site. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead the site's Quality function–ensuring that all products, processes, and systems meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, BRC, GMP, HACCP).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS).

Oversee hygiene, HACCP, and quality compliance across the facility.

Act as site lead for audits, management reviews, and CAPA investigations.

Drive quality metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage customer complaints and product quality issues.

Lead and develop the site Quality team, driving a "Quality First" culture.

Collaborate with cross–functional teams and global Quality counterparts.

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Science or Engineering.

At least 3 years in a Quality leadership position in a regulated industry.

Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, GMP/GDP, and HACCP.

Experience with quality tools (FMEA, RCA, SPC, CAPA, Six Sigma).

Skilled in people management, stakeholder engagement, and problem–solving.

Excellent communication and training capabilities.

This is a key leadership role offering real impact and visibility. You'll be instrumental in shaping site quality strategy, culture, and compliance.
