Quality Manager

Job Type: Full time

Salary: Negotiable

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the Quality Department, including Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and Auditors.Maintain and continually improve the AS9100 Quality Management System.Oversee internal, customer, and third–party audits.Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.Ensure effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.Manage supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits.Act as the key contact for customer quality concerns and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes Required:

Proven experience in a Quality Management role within aerospace or a similar highly regulated industry.Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.Experience leading audits and managing QMS systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem–solving skills.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and inspection techniques.Lean / Six Sigma qualifications (desirable).
