We have an exciting new opportunity within a growing team. In this role, you will focus on supporting the training and compliance of team members across the business. Your responsibilities will include listening to customer service calls, providing guidance, and helping to develop employees all while ensuring adherence to FCA regulations.

Duties include:

Monitor and support the performance and compliance of internal teams, external partners, and service staff, including evaluating interactions, providing constructive feedback, and delivering targeted training.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant products, systems, and professional licenses required for oversight and compliance.

Coach and mentor team members through one-to-one sessions and group training, ensuring actions are documented and progress is tracked.

Analyse trends and patterns to proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.

To be considered for this role, you must have / be:

Proven track record in effective Quality Assurance/T&C/compliance framework oversight within a regulated business

Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
