Job Title: Quality Assistant

Are you passionate about quality and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Quality Assistant to join an expanding manufacturing business. In this role, you’ll support and enhance the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards, playing a vital part in upholding and driving quality performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities as a Quality Assistant:

Assist in maintaining and improving the company’s Quality and Integrated Management Systems

Support internal, supplier, and external audits

Monitor and manage supplier performance and non-conformance

Lead or support root cause investigations and CAPA activities

Maintain accurate quality data in ERP systems and manage document control

Prepare quality reports, metrics, and KPIsThe successful Quality Assistant will ideally have the below skills and experience:

3 years of QA or quality systems experience in manufacturing

Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 (ISO 13485 is a bonus)

Experience with audits, supplier quality, and document control

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeThe benefits that come with this Quality Assistant role include:
