Quality Administrator Temporary - Permanent Wrexham Industrial Estate £14.00ph + 30 Days Holiday 5% Pension Contributions 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Quality Administrator to join a busy food manufacturing facility in Wrexham. In this role, you will support the quality team by developing and maintaining computer-based systems for quality checks. You will help ensure that all quality and safety standards are met by managing data, records, and digital processes across the production site.

The Quality Administrator Role -

Develop and maintain digital systems for recording quality checks.

Work with the Quality and IT teams to transition from paper-based to digital quality systems.

Keep digital quality records organised, accurate, and up to date.

Input and analyse quality data, highlighting any trends or issues.

Generate basic reports for audits and management reviews.

Ensure records and systems meet food safety standards such as BRCGS and HACCP.

Support audit preparation by providing accurate documentation.

Help improve and streamline quality processes.

Provide training and support to staff using digital quality systems.

Assist with investigations and corrective actions when required.

The Ideal Quality Administrator Candidate -

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative or quality-based role and will possess the following skills:

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks.

Strong organisational and timekeeping skills.

Previous experience in quality administration or manufacturing is desirable.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
