Description
An established manufacturing company based in Aston requires a purchasing administrator.
Duties:
Chase suppliers via phone and email with a view of satisfying catalogue requirements. Update delivery information obtained in ERP System / spreadsheets. Manage the placement of Purchase orders through interpretation of stock and demand. Source alternative products to satisfy requirements. Check all order acknowledgements. Look to implement ways of improving supplier performance General administration duties as required. Requirements:
Good IT skills specifically Excel. Experience with MRP/ERP within a purchasing environment. General administration experience. Hours:
8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm Friday. (39 hrs/wk 30 min lunch) This is a permanent position that starts immediately.
