Production Operatives – Immediate Starts Available!

Location: Yatton

Shifts: Monday to Friday – 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 (fixed shifts)

Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.45 per hour

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Yatton. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment with the potential for a permanent role after a successful trial period.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team environment, supporting various areas of the manufacturing and production process. Key tasks include:

Product assembly

Operating Machines

Picking and packing orders

General dispatch and warehouse duties

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred Experience:

Background in manufacturing or production (desirable but not essential)

Warehouse experience (desirable but not essential)

Essential Skills:

Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

Able to follow written and verbal work instructions

Strong attention to detail

Committed to maintaining high quality standards

Positive, self-motivated attitude

Able to work both independently and as part of a team
