Description

Would you like to be part of a dedicated team that prides itself on quality and excellence? We are currently looking for a Production Technician to join our busy team in Ashchurch, Gloucestershire.

Hours of Work: 07:00 – 17:00, Monday to Thursday, temporary (fixed term contract with potential to become permanent)

The Role

As a Production Technician, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities that play a crucial part in our manufacturing operations. You will be involved in the assembly and testing of electrical and computer–based components, maintaining precise records and effectively communicating any technical issues. You will work meticulously on mechanical assembly and ensure that all processes align with high–quality standards. Your attention to detail will be paramount as you help uphold the customer–centric ethos of our business. Moreover, you ll collaborate with an enthusiastic team, performing various duties in different areas as directed by the business.

What we are looking for from you:

Understanding of computer hardware components. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications. A high level of manual dexterity required. Must be reasonably fit and able as the role may involve a physical element. Useful Additional Experience

Experience of cable assembly, harnessing and looms. Soldering experience to J–STD level. Awareness or certification in IPC standards IPC–610 and IPC–620. Good understanding of mechanical assembly and Standards. Benefits:
